This proposal is intended to establish Renaissance Cultural Complexes in every district in order to provide an overview of our cultural characteristics and disseminate information about the States’ cultural and renaissance history. These complexes will have large auditoriums, opera house open air theatres, Music halls, theater stages, art gallery, book shops, seminar halls, crafts and craftsmen shop, related facilities for cultural activities, workshops for sculptures and artisans, drama rehearsal spaces, work places for sculptures and craftsmen and short term residential facilities for artists, writers etc. The 14 cultural complexes, one in each district commemorates 14 Renaissance leaders of yesteryears as shown below
