This project envisages establishment of a comprehensive culture Museum and the integrated development and networking of museums. The State has a strong history of cultural diversity formed out of association with other nations. The museums in Kerala bring out only certain facets of the distinct culture of Kerala. Setting up a specific and living Culture museum is meant to showcase our culture in the totality to the tourists and to all those who are interested .A detailed project report is being prepared with a specific story board and curatorial vision for which a museum display consulting firm is to be engaged. Consultancy having experience in networking of museum will be found out by inviting national/international tender for preparing DPR. The museum will be set up using the state of the art technologies. Along with this a comprehensive and simultaneous plan for the development and networking of museums and tourism in the State will be developed.
